Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our partner warehouses in Canada, USA and also Asia. This helps keep prices fair and selections wide.

How long does shipping take?

Will I get a tracking number?

Why did I receive only part of my order?
To deliver faster, items may ship from different partner warehouses. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?

What if I typed the wrong address?

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
